St. Lawrence County will be well-served with Alex Lesyk in the position of Family Court Judge. His knowledge, experience, care and concern for youth and family, integrity, and above all, his judicial temperament and disposition make him a fine candidate indeed. — Edward and Roxy Boyd
Alex Lesyk is an admirable choice for St. Lawrence County Family Court Judge. He has the experience, the passion, the humanity. Alex has the depth of character to be able to adjudicate the sometimes painful situations that appear in the Family Court setting. This judgeship needs someone with compassion and an ability to make the decisions that are long lasting impacts on people’s lives. The very fact that as a person he speaks the truth and that may offend some people..he tells it like he sees it after listening to both sides. But do not mistake that bluntness as a weakness. It is what is needed for a judge ; it is an excellent trait that we sorely need in the Family Court. I wholeheartedly support Alex, will vote for him and encourage my fellow citizens to vote for him as well. We need people like him in positions who will do the right thing for our people. — Sallie Brothers
Alex is a man of integrity combined with empathy. After the recent pattern of events in the SLC Department of Social Services, the judicial process needs to be handled by someone who knows the law and uses that law to render reasonable judgments yet hold people accountable.
As a previous faculty member of SUNY Canton, Alex was committed to the Legal Studies program and the success of its students. I don't doubt Alex's talent, determination, and ability to serve the people of this county objectively.— Jan Robinson
I know Mr. Lesyk from my time practicing law in the North Country, and I know that St. Lawrence County would be well-served with him on the bench. — Andrew Zahnd
